3. Use of the Website

4. Payments and Billing

  • 1.) All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice.
  • 2.) Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
  • 3.) Delayed payments may attract interest or suspension of ongoing services.
  • 4.) All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged as per law.

5. Project Timelines

Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before commencement. Any delay from the client’s end (such as delay in providing content, approvals, or feedback) may result in project timeline extensions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • 1.) All creative work, website design, content, and graphics developed by Wall Communication Pvt. Ltd. remain the property of the company until full payment is received.
  • 2.) Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, except for any third-party materials used under license.
  • 3.) Wall Communication Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business, technical, and personal information shared during the course of engagement strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • 1.) Wall Communication Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.
  • 2.) While we strive to ensure smooth operation and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results.

9. Third-Party Services

In some cases, our services may involve third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, hosting providers, or payment gateways). We are not responsible for any downtime, policy changes, or errors originating from such third-party services.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 1.) If the project is cancelled before initiation, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative costs.
  • 2.) Once the project has started, no refund will be issued for the work completed or services rendered.
  • 3.) Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–6 business days to the original payment method.

11. Content Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, and materials provided do not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any project or service if:

  • 1.) Payments are not received on time
  • 2.) The client violates any terms mentioned here
  • 3.) The client engages in behavior that affects our employees, reputation, or business operations

13. Updates to Terms

Wall Communication Pvt. Ltd. may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
