Once a project, campaign, or service has been initiated or payment has been processed, the client is not eligible for any refund, whether partial or full, regardless of project completion or results.

• Consultancy, strategy, and branding services
We strongly recommend clients to carefully review proposals, timelines, and deliverables before making any payment.
• If a client chooses to cancel a project before commencement, only administrative and processing charges will be deducted if applicable.
• Once the project work has started or resources have been allocated, no cancellation or refund will be entertained.
• The company reserves the right to cancel or suspend services due to non-payment, incomplete documentation, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Any changes or additions to the project scope after confirmation will be treated as a new request and may involve additional costs.
No existing payment will be adjusted or refunded toward new services.
